Sporthotel Passo Carezza

We’ve returned for several years in a row, and now our friends come along too. Every visit leaves all of us delighted. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and spotless, and the location is perfect. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the details, and the service is outstanding. Diana at reception deserves a special mention. She’s professional, warm, and attentive, speaks several languages, and is always ready to help. She makes guests feel welcome and represents the highest standard of hospitality. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a ski resort. Thanks for making every visit such a great experience. We’re already looking forward to returning.

There’s free parking outside the hotel and in the garage downstairs. The spa is free to use, with October off-season hours from 15pm to 19pm. It has a regular sauna, steam sauna, ice for cooling off afterward, and access to an outdoor “tent” and hammock. Towels, slippers, and bathrobes are provided, along with several kinds of organic tea and lemon water. The hotel is in a new building on the main road, about a 7-minute drive from lake Carezza and near the ski lift.

The nearby lake and mountain were beautiful, with some great trails, and the hotel isn’t far from a QC term where you can relax after a hike. All the photos I took were near the hotel. It’s new, looks just like the pictures, and is in a very good location. Breakfast was good, with eggs cooked however you like. A Ukrainian girl at the bar made very good coffee. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it. I’m still wondering how to switch on the electric heater in the bathroom, though.

The mountain setting is beautiful, with plenty to do nearby. Our modern room was clean and comfortable, and we had the spa to ourselves when we tried it, so we could enjoy the sauna and tea. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, but everything was delicious, especially the fresh omelette and coffee. My husband and I stayed a few nights in September and loved it. We’ll definitely return.
