One star only because that’s the lowest rating available. You’re not given a key for your room or the gate, so with no reception you can’t come and go freely. I got locked out while my car was still inside the property, and they still had my documents because they were having server problems. When I called, I was yelled at and told it was my fault for being disrespectful. The facilities were terrible, they need to close. Dinner was passable, partly thanks to the singers, who deserve credit, but €130 for two for trattoria-style food, a bottle of Vermentino, and the canteen menu felt like far too much. Never again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The food made the trip worthwhile: the charcuterie board was a real treat, and the old station risotto was a hit. The wine was simple but just right, and the desserts were authentic, unusual, and delicious. The chef also shared interesting details about the place and the origins of the charcuterie. We stumbled across this spot and booked after reading the reviews, which turned out to be right. It's the old Grazzano Visconti train station, with an almost magical feel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and thank you.

A really poor experience. I booked through the fork and received a confirmation email, but the reservation was cancelled just a few hours before dinner. When I called to ask why, I got a brisk reply that they hadn't confirmed anything and the place was closed. It’s unacceptable to leave bookings open online if they can’t be honored or the venue isn’t operating. Such careless management threw off the customers’ plans.

NEVER AGAIN! I had lunch with friends today and it was awful. We waited an hour for each course, the service was slow and rude, plates were left uncleared, and the bottles were empty. For nine of us, they brought a tiny basket of bread, two platters of mediocre cured meats, and two platters of stale, not very good cheeses. Then came tagliatelle with mushrooms, worse than the platters, just 50g of pasta with whole porcini that were obviously frozen, served as a separate dish and not very good. It was €45 per person, with no dessert, coffee, or liqueur. AVOID!!!!
