We only stayed one night and wished we'd booked two. Simona Frederica and Valerio made the whole visit feel personal and welcoming. The rooms were modern and really comfortable, and the pool was a lovely place to unwind. We also had a great massage outdoors. The food was excellent, with local traditional dishes, and I would've liked to try the pottery class too. I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms and grounds have a lot of charm, and the food was very good. Service was super friendly, and the staff were helpful whenever we asked. But we spent an entire afternoon and evening with children screaming and yelling around the pool, throwing boulders into it while their parents and staff watched. I suspect they knew each other, which may be why it was allowed. For the price, peace and quiet shouldn't feel uncertain. We usually expect a calm atmosphere at a masseria, but this felt more like a children's playground. If you're after a genuinely quiet stay, this probably isn't the right fit.

The rooms, pool, food, and service were all amazing. Masserie Le Laime is such a beautiful masseria, and we could properly relax there. I don't have words for how wonderful our stay was.

The restaurants food was lovely, and the place itself is beautiful. The accommodation is nice for where it is, but I was hoping for a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere. They play music loudly every day, and you can hear it from the room. They were also stingy with the hotel essentials, and you have to rent a towel if you want to use the pool. I wouldn't come back, since what I want is peace, quiet, and relaxation.

Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, and the service was very good. The accommodation was clean and super comfortable, with a great summer pool, an outstanding garden, and lovely architecture. The food was really tasty too. It's also a very good base for visiting the Puglia region.
