The room was so loud and chilly it reminded me of school dinners in a cafeteria. There’s nothing soft anywhere in that huge dining hall to soak up the noise and make it more comfortable. And the food was a real letdown: everything tasted bland, the melted cheese looked and tasted like a bowl of milk, and the venison stew had no color or flavor. I’m sorry, but the quality was appalling.
There’s a huge grassy area where kids can play and everyone can relax, with parking close by. It’s also a nice spot to get out of the valley heat and take walks around the Lake of Cei area. The traditional food and beers were great.
The view over the area was stunning, and there’s plenty for children to do. It’s a lovely traditional place. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re nearby.
The area is beautiful, and the food and drinks were amazing. They had great vegetarian choices too. :)
A wonderful spot, and a great starting point if you’re heading out for an epic ride.
