The bar and lobby made it easy to unwind with a book or a game, and the views were lovely. I also really liked the restaurant, great food for the price, though it fills up fast so booking ahead is a good idea. The wellness area was a highlight, with a lovely pool and several saunas. The staff were warm and attentive, and the family run feel came through. The rooms were spacious, nicely designed, and clearly well cared for. The natural local materials give the hotel a cozy, authentic feel. I'd happily return.

We looked forward to dinner every evening, and breakfast was fresh and healthy each morning. The staff were so welcoming that we felt at home. I really appreciated the hotel's attention to sustainability, too. Hirben was a lovely base for exploring the Dolomites. It's in a peaceful, picturesque town, with a nice setting for evening walks after dinner. Our room was modern, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. I miss the place already and would definitely stay again.

The restaurant even has a special room where you can bring your dog, so you don't have to leave your pet alone in the room. I'd never seen that at another hotel, and I think it's a brilliant idea. The hotel was very dog friendly, and I recommend it to everyone. Our room was spotless, the staff were super friendly, and the area was beautiful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I was really impressed with the place.

The train station is very close, and the driver will take you there whenever you call. Kronplatz and Sexten are also nearby and well connected. We spent five days here and had a lovely stay. The spa was relaxing, with a great pool and a really nice relaxation area. Meals were tasty, with a different menu every day that mixed traditional dishes with fancier ones. Everyone was kind and helped us with whatever we needed. Our room was spacious and kept clean the whole time. We were very satisfied and would book again.

We asked ahead about secure bike storage and a place to charge the e-bike, and HIRBEN had a huge bike room with plenty of sockets, a workbench, and even tools. It was perfect for our cycling holiday in Pustertal, since we were looking for a place near our planned routes. We booked the Ramus Suite with half board. The suite had a very good bed, lots of storage space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast was generous, with nice coffee and fresh tea. Dinner was delicious, and the ice cream is well worth trying. Barbara and Fabian, along with the very friendly staff, made us feel at home in a quiet setting.
