Hotel Bachmann

I have stayed here several times. It's an older hotel with a nice atmosphere, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. This year, though, it took four days for my room to warm up.

We came back to Backmann hotel for the second year in a row for a week of cross-country skiing, and had another great experience. Linda, the manager, is a lovely lady and runs the hotel impeccably. The food is lovely, and the location is superb. If you like vintage hotels and mountain traditions, this place brings back lots of memories.

The food was delicious throughout our New Year stay, with generous portions and a gorgeous dinner on New Year's Eve. The cook is amazing, and the restaurant staff were polite and friendly. Sig,ra Linda welcomed us so warmly and did everything she could to make us comfortable. We had two rooms, and the hotel was very comfortable, warm, and extremely clean. It's also in an excellent location. I've stayed in few places that match it for comfort, food, and service. Thank you to Linda and her staff for making our stay so memorable.

I rarely eat better than I did here, and the rooms are always neat and tidy. Hotel Bachmann is a great place to stay and relax in Niederdorf. It's between the town centre and the railway station, so it works well for both trips out and exploring town.
