Being next to the Roman aqueduct meant we woke up to a wonderful view every morning. The place is cozy and lovely, away from Rome’s chaos, but several buses, including 118, 765, 663 and 664, connect it to the city center. Fresh coffee and cornetti followed soon after waking, and the staff were kind and attentive to details. There are also several horses here, as it’s a place for riding. We had a great stay and are looking forward to coming back!

I’ve kept coming back to Casale since my first dinner there, for everything from aperitifs with friends to birthdays and parties. For my graduation, Valentina and her wonderful team put together a beautiful party in a private room. The elegant, slightly country style, the lovely room, themed decorations, and delicious food made the day special, and everyone at the table was happy. There were vegetarian and gluten-free choices too. The whole staff were kind and helpful. Thanks again to Valentina, Mario, Luca, and everyone there!

We called at the last minute on Saturday lunchtime, hoping to enjoy the lovely sunshine, and luckily they saved us a place. With all the space available, we could choose an outdoor table. A little therapeutic spot, great for families and four-legged friends. The menu is good quality, and the service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Valentina made our son’s first communion feel so special. She guided us through the preparations with real care, lots of availability, and attention to every detail. The food was excellent, and our family and friends are still complimenting the event. We loved the restaurant from the moment we arrived: it has a lovely natural setting, beautifully prepared dishes, and a warm, kind staff. Most of all, Valentina makes you feel at home.
