The location was a huge plus, just a three-minute walk from the Vatican entrance, with a train station and local market nearby. Breakfast was included each day, a pastry and coffee from the cafe around the corner. We loved the big Nutella doughnut, and it was easy to grab something on the way to the subway. We almost didn't book because there were only 14 reviews, but I'm so glad we did. It feels like a two-bedroom apartment, with a shared kitchen, fridge, and sitting area. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the common space gave us room to relax outside our bedroom after long days out. The whole place is air-conditioned, which was a relief in the summer heat. There was also a cold water machine for filling our bottles, and we could chill bottled beer in the fridge for before bed. Brilliant place, we loved it!

The apartment was quiet, comfortable, spotless, and really well equipped. Franco and Alessandro were both incredibly helpful. We stayed from October 28th until November 4th, and the location worked very well for visiting the Vatican. The Metro is a short distance away, making it easy to reach most of Rome's main sights. I've been to Rome regularly and would happily stay here again. Grazie Mille Franco e Alessandro

The location is very good, close to OTTAVIANO metro station, and breakfast at a bar 20 meters away was very good. But the room itself was basic, and the bathroom looked completely neglected. The photos show the lack of attention to cleaning, right down to the dusty ceiling extractor fan and a stained duvet. The water heater next to the shower made a lot of noise when it turned on during the night. Staff were absent. I asked for the batteries and TV to be replaced because they weren't working, but nothing was done. (video) If I were the owner, I'd pay more attention to cleanliness and details.
