The spa is my favorite anywhere, and that massage was unforgettable. The food and cocktails were just as good, and the place feels stylish without trying too hard. I travel constantly, but this is one of the few hotels I'd fly back to just to stay at. It works for business or switching off, and I can't recommend it enough. This was my second visit, and I spent months counting down to it. After a long travel day, I walked in and immediately felt at home. The staff knew my name before I got to the desk, and their warmth felt genuine. My room was spotless, full of thoughtful touches, and the bed was so comfortable I slept in. Five stars doesn't cover it. This hotel is the highlight of my year, heaven on earth. A shout-out to the family-run owners, Sandra, and all the staff for making me feel so supported.

That view is amazing. I was there for just two nights, but fell in love with the whole stay. The staff, food and spa were all great, and they seemed to think through the little steps of your day and how to help, without being pushy. ❤️

The spa has four saunas, a jacuzzi and an outdoor heated pool. We were fine with the nudity in the sauna area, since that's the traditional way, and everyone was respectful. The hotel has a warm feel, the food is delicious, and breakfast offers lots of choices, including healthy ones. They also arrange daily activities at no extra charge, like guided snowshoe walks and a bus to different ski slopes. We had a wonderful stay, and the restaurant staff were lovely, kind and smiley. The one thing I didn't like was being charged for filtered tap water. I know that's common in Italy and unregulated, but it isn't in other countries, and to me it feels like a cheap way to make extra money.

While I was in the jacuzzi with my children, several guests walked by naked. That felt uncomfortable in a family-friendly setting. During my SPA visit, I also noticed the no-nudity policy wasn't being monitored. I think enforcing the rules better would make the atmosphere more appropriate for everyone.

The climb up takes a bit of effort, but every meter is worth it. Lovely hosts, a beautiful view and really good food. Wonderful place.
