The layout of the room earned 3 stars from me. Cleanliness would get just 1. The staff are very friendly, but the rooms need a serious clean, along with fresh sheets and towels.

The room and bathroom are both really spacious, and they’re kept clean and tidy. I’ve been here for 10 days so far, with another 7 ahead, and I’m very happy with the stay. The owners are kind and always around when needed.

A family-run place with plenty of space in the rooms, a practical setup, and a comfortable bathroom with a great big shower. There’s a garage too. I had a little balcony with chairs and a table, which was lovely for breakfast or a snack outside. Highly recommend it.

We were able to get into our room ahead of the scheduled time, which was a nice start to our four-day stay from December 26th to December 30th. After four years away, my partner and I were back in our beautiful Naples and had a wonderful time here. The hotel felt welcoming and was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast came to the room. The night caretaker was also friendly and available for a chat. Thanks to Mrs. Teresa and everyone at the hotel. Happy New Year to you all. Liliana.

We spent two nights here, my husband and I, and had a lovely stay. Everything in the room was looked after down to the details, and it was spotless and smelled fresh. It’s a warm, family-style place, and the lady was so sweet and kind. The price felt very fair for the service. We’ll definitely come back. Really great!
