I won’t be coming back. The staff were rude, and the place felt more like a neglected, abandoned house than a 3-star hotel. The rooms were disgusting, with dirt and stains by the walls. TikTok showed €15 for a two-hour stay, but when I asked, they said only the €20 option was available.

Free parking was a nice extra, and the prices were great. We stayed overnight in the suite and really enjoyed it. The room looked lovely, was clean, and had all the essentials, and the hot tub was lovely too. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I booked an overnight stay in this so-called suite, and the star rating seems about right. There was no hot water, and the in-room jacuzzi had only freezing water and was leaking. We had just sheets to sleep under, with no blanket. The decor was awful, just two balloons and three petals, so bringing your own decorations might improve it. I’d also paid extra for sparkling wine and appetizers, but they brought plastic cups instead of glasses. The bedside phone didn’t even have the reception number. I would never recommend this place.

The room was freezing, like a walk-in freezer, with open windows, hair all over the sheets, and a broken air conditioner. I’d called on Saturday evening, 20 minutes before I was due to arrive, and politely asked whether a room was free for a short stay. They said it was ready and there’d be no wait. But when I got there, the same person told me to wait 45 minutes and had my car moved several times. No one mentioned the spacious parking lot just a few meters away. I came back later that week, but I won’t stay there again.

The receptionist was polite and well mannered, but that was the one good thing. The room was a disgrace, especially in terms of cleanliness. It looked to me like only the sheet had been changed, and even that had hair on it. There was no toilet paper on the nightstand, and a dirty paper towel lay on the floor by the bed. There were two of us but only one small towel and one large one, both yellowish. Dust covered the bathroom door, the fixtures were stained, and there was no soap. The place needs major changes or at least improvement. It’s absurd to keep a hotel like this, and I’m surprised it’s still open. Thank goodness there’s new management. I’d never go back, even for free.
