The breakfast was good, with fresh croissants and different fruits, and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace. Our room was pleasant and very clean. Even though the B&B is on the main street near the village center, noise never disturbed my sleep. Tiberio looked after us in a friendly way and knows the area well, so his itinerary advice was useful. I booked at the last minute, but I’d choose this place again if I come back.

The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the price was good for what we got. Tiberio was kind and available, offering helpful holiday advice and ready to sort out any problems, though there weren’t any. The location is right in the heart of Villasimius, about 500 m from the beach. Highly recommend it.

The host gave us really useful tips on beaches and places to eat. The water pressure was strong, the AC worked well, and the internet was decent. It’s about 15 minutes on foot to Simius beach, with great quick food options downstairs.

Hmmm, the overnight room price really feels like a house number. Don't get me wrong, the room was top notch. For that price, I think breakfast could be better. Just my personal opinion.

Tiberio was incredibly kind and always willing to suggest local beaches and restaurants. Porto Giunco, Simius, and Punta Molentis were just a few minutes away by car, and after a day exploring, it was lovely to return to somewhere peaceful. We had a spacious, spotless room with a TV, air conditioning, minibar, and a huge terrace furnished with loungers, a table, and an umbrella. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Villasimius. I highly recommend it for a relaxing, memorable vacation. Thank you, Tiberio, for the impeccable hospitality!
