The apartment was clean, had all the appliances, and was in a good location. The host was nice and supportive.

Nunzio was really kind and helpful, shared plenty of useful advice, and let us check in earlier than planned. We spent a week at Casa Vacanze Raggio di Luna as a couple, and the house has enough room for a family of four or four friends. It’s central but quiet, with two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor, shops, beach and airport shuttle stops nearby. Villasimius beach is a 15-minute walk away. Parking was good, and the house provides a pass for free parking in town. The place is lovely, modern, well furnished, and has pretty much every comfort. The outside doors work with an app or code. Inside there are two AC units, a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Chromecast, Alexa, kettle, kitchen utensils, umbrellas, beach towels, regular towels, and a small but powerful hairdryer. There’s also a garden with an outdoor shower, plus a sweet little balcony with a glimpse of the sea one way and the characteristic houses of Villasimius the other. We’d read older comments that the automatic garden watering system made noise at night. Maybe it’s been replaced, because it’s quiet now and didn’t bother us at all. The apartment matched the photos when we arrived, with new, high-quality furnishings. It has Wi-Fi, Alexa, a washing machine and dishwasher, the kitchen utensils you need, and two beach umbrellas. Before the trip, we got excellent information and tips. We were there for a week at the beginning of October and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, with a partial sea view. The location worked really well for us: both the beach and town center were walkable, and there are two supermarkets nearby. We parked our rental car on the street or one street over. A lovely place for a couple, and we’d happily stay again. Just keep in mind the bunk bed isn’t in its own room if you’re coming with children.
