Hotel Le Anfore

The location worked perfectly for us: shops were 3 minutes away, the center was 5, and the beach about 10. We also loved the mountain views. The room was a good size and very clean, with a lovely garden and pool. Breakfast was simple, as it often is in Italy, but really good, with fresh fruit, toast, cold cuts, cheese, great coffee and croissants. The breakfast staff were wonderful. The pool attendant was a little too strict about letting kids be kids, which I personally found frustrating.

The pool was just right for a lazy day, and the gardens were beautiful, with someone constantly tending them. We spent 8 nights in the main hotel, where our comfortable room had everything we needed. The staff were lovely, the restaurant was fantastic, and David gave us charming help with choosing our meals. The whole place was beautifully kept, and we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. You'll need transport to explore the incredible nearby beaches. We can thoroughly recommend the hotel and hope to return.

We had a good room, friendly staff, and tasty restaurant food. There was also a cute little cat wandering around. The pool was wonderful, with service, and sipping a spritz in the sunshine beside it is hard to beat. We'll definitely come back!

The restaurant really stood out: during our time in Sardinia we ate at three Michelin Guide restaurants, and the hotel's food was the best in the area, better than two of those recommended places. The dishes were delicious and well prepared, with local ingredients and sustainable fishing methods. The hotel itself is lovely and feels authentic to Sardinia, with a nice pool, a great shower, and very clean facilities. Its location is convenient for the town, beaches, nightlife, bars, clubs, and other activities. The staff were attentive, which made our stay that much better. I'd highly recommend it for families, friends, couples, business stays, or just a lunch or dinner.
