Hotel Raffael

The walls are paper thin. Our neighbours were very noisy, banging on the walls and shouting loudly until after 11pm, which made it hard for me and my children to sleep until they quieted down. I also found the pillows hard and flat. Still, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location is ideal, right at the start of Villasimus's main strip and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and everything else we needed. We stayed four nights after reading the other reviews. There's plenty of parking on site, the desk staff were great, and the breakfast hosts were amazing, always remembering my coffee order and being very attentive. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of choice. The hotel also provided a fridge and freezer, which let us keep drinks cool and freeze ice packs for our cooler box, as well as free beach umbrellas and towels. I'd recommend staying here while in Villasimus.

We booked at the last moment for one night, and I totally recommend the place. The customer service was top notch, our room was very clean and well arranged, with a balcony, and the bathroom had been nicely renovated. Breakfast was included and served on an amazing patio with quality products. There was a decent amount of parking. Our room was next to reception, but still very quiet.

The grounds are lovely, and we only wished we could have eaten breakfast on the front patio because it was so nice outside. Instead, breakfast was in a downstairs room. This family-owned hotel is very well run, clean, and comfortable. Our room was rather small, but the bathroom was really nice and a good size. We liked our stay overall.

This was our second stay here. It's always clean, the staff are friendly, and you can walk to the city center. I highly recommend it.
