Hotel Il Vecchio Pescatore

We felt right at home again on our second year in a row here. Everyone goes out of their way to make the holiday lovely and accommodate every need, even with outdoor parking. The rooms are spotless and meticulously maintained, and kindness and courtesy are the norm. The food is delicious, authentic and plentiful. My wife, our two children and I spent a few days here, and I can only thank Alessandro, his wife and all the fantastic staff once again. Thank you!!!!

It's a lovely place to unwind and take in the area's beauty, with good food, courtesy and a friendly atmosphere. If you're after tranquility and beauty, you're in the right spot. It's wonderful outside the holiday periods!

The food is varied, excellent and generous, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. This was my third year staying here with my family. The hotel is in a stunningly beautiful setting, and the management is professional while still offering warm family hospitality. An experience I'd gladly repeat.

Free parking right in front made unloading our bags easy, and the hotel sits at the entrance to town. We booked after our experience with Wildlife Adventures, "Il Rumito dei Cervi." The owner and his wife welcomed us with smiles as soon as we arrived and were very helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and, above all, well heated. We had half-board with dinner, and the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms was sublime, as was the meat. Breakfast was well stocked, including desserts made by the owner. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon to stay with them for future excursions.
