A very aggressive woman shouted at people for parking their bikes too close to the house. There aren't any signs saying bicycles can't be parked there.

Even the breakfast lived up to what I hoped for, with fresh pastries. I only stayed one night, and it felt far too short. The house is in Vinci's old village, across from one of the Leonardo museums. I'd fallen for it when I first saw it online, and stepping through the pale blue front door made me love it even more. Every room carried scents of amber, musk, and fruit. I loved the lovely furnishings, fabrics, and lace that smelled of talcum powder. Paola, the owner, put so much care into every little detail and making guests feel at home. She even left us a small gift. I felt completely pampered. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
