B&B Villa Pattis

Villa Pattis is such a welcoming, charming garni. It's a shame I can't give more than five stars, because the owner deserves them all. We had a problem with another hotel, and he kindly let us use his breakfast room for lunch on January 1. He made an exception for us and some friends who were staying elsewhere, too. A heartfelt thank you for being so generous and kind.

The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We had a lovely New Year's Eve vacation with friends at this beautiful property in a quiet, scenic spot outside town. The manager was always kind and ready to help with anything we needed. After we ran into a problem with another local establishment, he even let us and some friends staying at another hotel use the breakfast room for our New Year's Eve lunch. Definitely recommended.

We liked being close to Vipiteno and its excursions, while staying outside the rather chaotic center. The owners were very helpful and accommodating when we had a couple of requests. A good choice for a vacation in the area. A few things could be better, including the lack of a minibar in the room and some aspects of breakfast, starting with decaf.

We got there at 4 pm and Shafin, the owner's grandson, gave us a wonderful welcome. Our room looked out over the garden and the village below. The hotel is up on the mountain above the village, about a two-minute drive away. Walking there takes 15 minutes, and also 20 minutes. It was very quiet, with no noise, and the atmosphere was wonderful. There are lots of statues, too. They have a self-service bar that's open 24 hours and free to use, with tea, coffee, desserts, and anything else you want. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you, Shafin and your family.
