The food was decent, but the service was awful. We were ignored while nearby tables kept getting cleared and turned over. I stayed cheerful and polite with the server, but that didn’t help. It was one of the few places open during our day trip, so I’d only suggest it if you can’t find anywhere else. I wouldn’t go back.

We were well looked after, and the food was a good choice all round, especially the pizza and pasta. Breakfast was more than enough, and the value was excellent by my standards. A wonderful hotel where you don’t feel you’re missing anything. Thank you 🇦🇺

The service was really good, and the prices made the range of food even more surprising. We had lunch: perfect Kaiserschmarrn and delicious pizza. We left smiling and would definitely come back next time. If you’re nearby, it’s worth visiting whether you’re staying at the hotel or not.

I only wanted a quick bite and ordered a Bauerntoast. After waiting half an hour, I saw a woman who’d arrived later get her pizza within 10 minutes. I politely asked the waitress to check on mine, and it appeared three minutes later. It seemed like they’d simply forgotten my order.

The risotto was short on flavor, and there wasn’t salt, pepper, or Parmesan on the tables, so I had to go find them myself. When the waitress cleared my dishes, she put the shakers on my dirty plate, which didn’t seem hygienic. Service was slow from the start: I fetched my own menu after more than five minutes, then waited another five before going to the bar. The waitress eventually served me without apologizing. It was overpriced.
