Dinner and breakfast were lovely, and Vipiteno is right on the doorstep, in a beautiful central location. Staying here felt like coming home. Just remember to bring your own slippers, since those were the one thing missing.

There’s a big, beautiful garden with outdoor seating for the restaurant and bar, and parking connects directly to the hotel. It’s in the old town and has an old European feel, with elegant rooms and very friendly service. We had Luna with us, our black Labrador mix, and felt very welcome. Everyone seemed to love dogs, so I’d call this a very dog-friendly hotel. We recommend dinner at the restaurant Luna. The food is excellent. It’s a great base for visiting Bolzano, and we plan to return.

Spotless throughout, with incredibly friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. This very clean hotel is right in the centre of beautiful little Vipiteno. Recommended.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the place felt quiet and cozy. The rooms were nice and tidy, although having the toilet separate from the shower was a little inconvenient. Breakfast had a small selection. Parking is available for a fee, and the central location makes everything walkable.

After an accident, I couldn’t use my reservation. I understand the refund policy may not allow a refund, but the way I was spoken to on the phone was disrespectful and unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I couldn’t have had a worse experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
