The room had its own adjoining bathroom, reserved just for us, and both were spotlessly clean and carefully looked after. The bed felt like home, with two fluffy pillows and a super soft duvet. Then we woke to a sweet surprise, two cream puffs from a local pastry shop. Alloggio La Volta is right in beautiful central Viterbo, with parking a few minutes away on foot. Deborah is an exceptional, helpful and empathetic host. She welcomed us, shared some city history, and suggested places to see. A wonderful experience, Debora, made even better by the beautiful location. Excellent value for money. We’ll definitely return!

The price was fair, and we stayed in a double room with an adjoining bathroom next door, for our exclusive use. Debora is wonderfully kind, easygoing, and always ready to help with questions or requests. She also suggests typical places and restaurants, and points out what’s worth seeing, even on a simple walk. The location in Viterbo’s historic center is ideal for exploring the city and surrounding area. You can reach everything worth visiting in Viterbo in under 10 minutes. Parking, both free and private, is about a 10-minute walk away, handy for trips around the province, including Bomarzo, Vitorchiano, Civita di Bagnoregio, Ferento and more. I recommend it for a few days discovering the treasures of Tuscia.

There are two parking options down below: a paid lot, charging €1 an hour from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM and then €1 overnight, or a free lot farther downhill that’s easy to reach by elevator. The place was very clean, right in the center, and there was no noise disturbance.

The owner’s warm welcome is what makes this B&B work so well. She was kind and especially helpful when we needed a last-minute Saturday dinner booking. The room and bathroom were beautiful and clean. Right in central Viterbo, but it felt as quiet and peaceful as a countryside retreat. Highly recommended.

The owners were really kind and happy to answer questions. The room was so comfortable and extremely clean, and the hot tub was truly relaxing. Breakfast is in a great location, too.
