We’ve been back to this apartment for the third or fourth time, and it always feels like coming home. The cleaning is impeccable, and the place is cozy and comfortable. There’s everything you need in every room, even little extras like scented candles and makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. The furnishings are elegant, with careful attention to detail, and Gianluca and Sabrina’s hospitality is beyond exquisite. For them, it’s not just a job, they really care about building relationships. The quality for the price is fair, too. Highly recommended.

We took a trip with my husband and parents, and everyone was very happy. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and well cared for, with fantastic owners. Its location is a great base for visiting Tuscia.

Mr. Gianluca was kind and gave us lots of information about places to visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. It’s laid out over two floors, with the sleeping area downstairs and living space upstairs, and there’s a bathroom on each level.

The hosts were a delightful couple who went out of their way to make our vacation perfect. The place was excellent, with friendly, attentive hosts, and the space was clean and well organized. We had no problems or special needs. It’s in Bagnaia, a few kilometers from Viterbo, beside a large parking lot and, most of all, beautiful historic Villa della Rovere, which has been a filming location for many movies, including Young Pope. Definitely recommended.

The owners really made our stay. They were always on hand with information and suggested lovely spots for lunch, dinner, and cultural visits. The B&B is close to Villa Lante, with parking nearby despite being right in the center. We stayed a couple of days on vacation and found two well-equipped bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with an oven, TV, and fridge, all furnished with new pieces and kept impeccably clean. I left thinking how lovely it would be to have a place like this ready whenever we wanted to travel. Five stars, completely satisfied, simply top.
