Francesca greeted us with fresh croissants and plenty more for breakfast, including cake, yogurt, milk, and pancakes. It was a generous spread, and she was such a kind person. Our room was spotless and had all the comforts, while the property itself was charming and welcoming, with attention to every detail. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for one night in the fall and found everything very clean. The room was spacious and lovely, with a refrigerator and air conditioning that also worked for heating. Viterbo gets cold quickly, so you'll need to keep the heat on for a long time. In the bathroom there was a shower and tub, a shower mat, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. I was on my own, but they had provided towels and shampoo for two. The location worked really well for me because I needed to get to the university campus, and several University of Viterbo blocks are nearby. The Italian breakfast was a full spread, though all sweet items. The hostess was helpful, kind, friendly, flexible, and welcoming, almost like family. There are three rooms, plus a lovely bright living room by the entrance where you can have breakfast. I especially liked the greenery and beautiful garden outside. It was quiet and relaxing, and the excellent value for money mattered just as much as everything else.

We had a spacious, spotless room with every comfort, and one of the few properties with a proper double bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. This beautiful B&B is just minutes from Terme dei Papi and the city center. We'll definitely be back!
