I felt at ease right away thanks to the kind, helpful staff, who paid attention to what guests needed. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were welcoming and well equipped. Everything was clean, orderly, and carefully maintained. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, cleanliness, and professional service.

Luisa was kind and always available whenever I needed anything. The mini apartment was charming, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and parking is nearby. Finding a lovely bunch of fresh flowers when I arrived was a wonderful touch. I recommend it!

The owner was friendly and happy to offer information or advice. San Faustino Rooms is in a historic building, but the apartment itself is modern and fully equipped. Even though it's close to the center, it's completely quiet. I'd gladly come back.

The place itself was nice and clean, but the customer service was awful. We called the day before to ask where to park, and the property strongly advised us to use the paid blue spaces in Piazza della Rocca. The next day there was a market, and our cars were all towed. The signs about it were nearly impossible to see, especially at night in the dark. We lost half a day getting the cars back and paid hundreds of euros in damages. They also still call themselves a B&B even though they no longer provide breakfast. Shameful. I won't stay there again.
