Comfortable and clean.

The location is excellent, right in central Viterbo, but getting to the apartment and bathroom means tackling too many steep, dangerous stairs that weren't shown in the description or photos. The sofa sags, and the clean bathroom towels, which aren't bathrobes, are stained. There was almost no shower gel or toilet paper. Wi-Fi was very weak, the refrigerator was rusty, and the oven didn't work.

Great location, but getting to the house takes a lot of stairs. Bring strength and patience if you're carrying a large suitcase.

Cleanliness, a friendly welcome, and the location are the apartment's best features. It's spacious and welcoming, and I'd gladly stay again.
