The manager was polite and communicative, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. There was a privacy curtain on the shower window that looks into the bedroom. The shower itself felt relaxing and spa-like, with an open, dim space, a ledge to sit on, and an easy step down. Great for shaving your legs, ladies! I slept well in the quiet room, thanks to the new double-pane windows, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and supportive. There were different types of pillows, so you could pick what worked for you. Just two downsides for me: there wasn't a full-length mirror for checking an outfit, or a well-lit mirror for doing my makeup. I had no idea if I looked good or like a clown until I caught my reflection in a store window.

We loved discovering Viterbo, and we'd happily come back. The hosts were so kind; one met us and shared a little of the city's history along with ideas for places to see. Our two nights in the Vicolo Suite were fantastic. The apartment was clean, had all the comforts, and sat right in the center.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the suite, just a short walk from the historic center. It was bright, lovely, nicely furnished, and spotless. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The bathroom is unusual, and that huge shower was the best part, you can even sit in it. Its glass window opens onto the room, though lowering the curtain gives you privacy. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a great bed, several quiet-facing windows overlooking the alley, and everything we needed. From this spot in the historic center, the main squares are only a few minutes away. Such a lovely place, thank you.
