The host was kind and flexible, and made check-in very easy for us. The rental was the best I've stayed in, luxurious and well equipped, with a spa-like bathroom, a comfortable bedroom on a cool mezzanine, and a spacious living area and kitchenette. It even had an espresso maker! Highly recommend it for a visit to Viterbo. It's a very nice little city, especially the old town.

The room was great and especially well placed for the Via Francigena, with very easy access to the property. The bathroom, though, was unbearably hot, and I couldn't turn off the radiator.

I had booked two nights, but felt unwell the morning before we were due to leave. I asked the owner, or someone acting for him, to find a way to accommodate me. In the end, I paid without using the stay. The answer was that changing things would waste money, though we could stay and "recover" the nights we'd already paid for. They could have shown some courtesy, kindness, understanding, and care for the customer. A property should know how to treat people well even before they arrive. I'd rather leave a negative review than stay a disappointed customer. I will never recommend this place.

We had a genuinely positive three-night stay in one of Monica's studio apartments. It was clean, the owner was helpful, and the historic center was close by. A great choice for a few relaxing days in the Lazio city, with other typical regional attractions nearby. Highly recommended.
