The only thing that disturbed my sleep was the emergency lighting in the rooms. Otherwise, it was perfect. The B&B is on the first floor of a brand new building, with a very good pizzeria and restaurant downstairs. Furnishings are new and well chosen, the bathrooms are clean, the towels smell nice, and the beds are made properly. Breakfast isn’t extensive, but just ask and they’ll provide what you need. It’s near the main street on a parallel, quieter street, with secure street parking and everything important close by. I stayed for the Emaia fair, which you need a car for, and it’s very close, about 5 minutes.
