Terra del Sole B&B

I highly recommend this place.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast plentiful, and having a shared corner where guests could drink coffee or read a book was a real bonus. I’m completely satisfied. The cleanliness, hospitality, and kindness all deserve five stars. I needed to stay longer than planned on the morning I was leaving, and the owner really paid attention to what I needed. I doubt you’d find that in many other places.

I’d called several times and arranged three rooms for a weekend away with friends. When we got there, I was told the rooms had been given to someone else because I hadn’t confirmed. After three calls, I thought the booking was clear. If more confirmation was needed, he should’ve checked with me before handing the rooms over. The way he handled it was rude and unprofessional.

The bathroom was the one drawback: it was accessible, but the shower only had a curtain, so water ended up across the floor. Otherwise, we had a great stay. My boyfriend and I found the room spacious, with an extra bed, and the owner was lovely and helpful. She made a really nice breakfast with great fruit, a tasty smoothie, and excellent croissants. The price was good too, and the reviews we’d read beforehand rang true.
