The neighborhood is so quiet, and Patrizia was incredibly kind and did all she could to help us enjoy our stay. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. I bet the place is paradise in spring and summer. Thanks so much, Patrizia. I hope to see you on another trip 😊

A lovely base for visiting Ferrara, with a big garden and patio and parking on site. The room felt new, was spotless and practical, and had both air conditioning and mosquito screens. Breakfast was generous, and Patrizia was warm and always ready to help with what guests needed. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The price was more than fair, and breakfast was included, with excellent coffee and biscuits waiting for us in the gazebo. Mrs. Patty welcomed us so warmly. Our lovely room opened onto a little terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking the beautiful garden. A wonderful B&B if you're nearby.

The rooms were neat and clean, and there was plenty for breakfast. Still, what stood out most was the hostess. We came back after a year and found Patrizia just as kind and helpful as before. We'll be back for sure.
