The pool is lovely, and we spent time relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine. It’s also near Volterra, a beautiful city. Sylvia and her daughter were very friendly and helpful, and we felt genuinely welcome. I don’t really understand the earlier comments about the host’s hospitality. There are some house rules, of course, but they seemed normal and reasonable for a holiday rental. If I had to name a downside, the mattress was a little thin, and the shower felt a bit small for my taller boyfriend, though it was fine for me. Thanks so much, Sylvia and Sofia. We’d definitely return if we’re in the area.

It’s wonderfully quiet here, surrounded by nature, and the setting made it easy to switch off from everyday stress. The apartment was just as described, in a beautiful landscape, and Silvia gave us a warm welcome. It’s a classic Tuscan apartment in an old farm building, and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to reach whenever we had a question or needed help.

We had the poppy flower apartment for five nights. Silvia’s paintings give the place a personal touch, and each apartment has its own flower symbol, which also helps organize the shared areas. Our sunbeds by the pool and the garden table for our private use were marked with the poppy. There’s plenty else to do around the property too, including ping pong, volleyball among the olive trees, and a barbecue area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, stylish, and carefully decorated. Silvia and her daughter Sofia were warm and easy to talk with, whether we were asking about the apartment, getting tips on nearby beaches and local restaurants, or just chatting. We’ll visit again.

We came for a vacation and ended up making friends. Silvia was so kind and gave us great recommendations, and we loved the location, the activities, and the pool. Every minute there was a pleasure. I’d definitely recommend it.
