Agriturismo Panieracci

Room Number 8 faces the car park instead of the scenic view shown on the website, and you can hear cars arriving and leaving in the morning, which may disturb your sleep. The agriturismo charges a daily cleaning fee, but the room wasn’t cleaned every day. The surrounding landscape is beautiful and the location is okay. One thing we weren’t told was that the lobby is in another building, about a 10-minute trip from the property where you stay. We only learned that by reading a Google review.

That short drive of about 3 km to the main area didn’t bother us at all. We spent a week here and loved how peaceful it was, along with the lovely clean pool and spotless apartment. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it for families.

The pool’s outlook over the beautiful landscape was a real highlight, and the scenery around Panieracci is lovely. We also felt very well treated by the polite, pleasant hosts, who were understanding when we asked for vegan options at the pizza and pasta gatherings. A few practical things were lacking: there was only one set of towels for a short week, not enough toilet paper, incomplete cooking equipment, and no dishwashing supplies.

June gave us glorious weather, and there was plenty for the kids to do. The pools were kept in good shape, and our room was really clean. We did have to switch rooms because ours was noisy, right by the kids’ disco and ping pong tables. Service varied a lot depending on who we asked. Some staff were incredibly helpful, while others seemed uninterested. Even so, we’d come back, since it didn’t spoil the holiday.
