The shuttle bus was a good service, and our two rooms were okay, with a usable outdoor kitchen, decent beds, and AC. Still, we can't say much for the rest of the service. We had a double booking for our original rooms, so there was a mix-up. That probably explains why the other room wasn't properly prepared and had no bed linen, but it was still frustrating. The rooms and apartments are quite a walk from reception, along the road. The residences are tucked into a maze of bushes and apartments in varying states of decay, with hardly any proper signs. Good luck remembering which turn to take. There's virtually no phone or internet reception there, either. It was a strange stay. Don't trust the Booking.com photos: they focus on the pool, which is in a nice spot, but you have to wear a hairnet that you buy separately. They barely show the rooms, which are a different story.

We loved our honeymoon here. The view was incredible, the room was beautiful and very clean, and the service was amazing. The pool is crazy good, and there's a free shuttle running all day to the centre. Thanks to everyone for such an amazing stay.

The owners were really helpful and friendly, and there was a shuttle into town and back whenever we wanted. Our room was nice, with a kitchen and fridge. We only stayed one night at the end of October, during the off season, and thought it was great value for money.

The infinity pool with its panoramic volcano views was amazing. The staff were lovely, friendly, and spoke several languages. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Vulcano’s main town and port. Best to pick up food at the town supermarket before arriving, unless you’re happy to travel into town for lunch and dinner.

Good value for money, and I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean, and the place was quiet. The swimming pool had an amazing view, and the staff were great.
