I stayed here for two weeks, and it was a really positive experience. The landlord was kind and ready to help whenever needed. The house is new and beautiful, and my room was comfortable and perfectly clean. I’d highly recommend it.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking in a safe area. The property is tucked away, so it’s quiet, but still convenient for getting around. Everything seems brand new, and the simple rooms are comfortable and peaceful. My room was spotless, and the bathroom was perfect with lots of clean towels. The only little letdown was breakfast. It was all packaged food, with nothing savory. A couple of bakery croissants or a tart, plus some cheese and cold cuts, would make it much better for people who prefer a savory breakfast. That’s a small issue, though. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

It was quiet, but the place is out of the way. The accommodation was clean. Breakfast was disappointing, and the internet was poor and only available on demand.

Avoid this place. The owner sounds sweet and perfectly polite on the phone, but during my stay he was overbearing and kept checking on me inside the property. His mother was always home and, to me, just as pushy and nagging. When I booked by phone, he said the two rooms were identical and either was just as good. They aren't. In the larger room with the terrace, the bathroom adjoins the smaller room, so toilet and shower noises carry loudly at all hours. The towels were stained and weren't changed for a whole week. The owners came into my room and rummaged through my things as soon as I went out, so they could have left me fresh towels. The boiler hadn't been working properly for a week, leaving the shower lukewarm, and the owner didn't arrange repairs. There's also a fairly noisy provincial road in front of the property. I paid the full amount in cash. I've never been turned away by a property, and I even have friends among the owners in Veneto. The room was clean when handed over, and the furniture was in its original condition. I'll have to prove the charges. I left freely on the last day I'd paid for, January 27, 2025, at 8:45 AM. No action was taken. The Carabinieri themselves are the official witnesses. This is yet another lie from the owner. Not recommended.
