Want to make check-in stressful and inconvenient? Book this place asap. If you’re considering it, look somewhere else. Horrid experience.

The place was very tidy, and the staff were nice.

What a horror. There were bedbugs and huge amounts of dust in the two rooms we rented, and when we checked in, the rooms weren’t ready. We had a late checkout at 12 p.m., so I don’t understand why our check-in was treated as late when the rooms were in such catastrophic condition. Booking was told we were liars and didn’t know how to present ourselves, even though we had checked in. We had to urgently find somewhere else to spend the night because of the room condition. They also criticize us for not reporting it on arrival, but that was difficult when one of the rooms wasn’t ready. We have all the photos and even videos clearly showing we were at the hotel. Be careful with the comments on websites or on Booking. Maybe they aren’t real, or maybe those people like sleeping in dirt, though I doubt it. We should not have been fooled by them.
