The Tomahawk / Fiorentino steak was incredible, and we also really liked the gnocchi, deconstructed lasagna, and grilled fresh fennel. Everything was beautifully prepared, with generous portions, especially the vegetable sides. This is a small family run bistro with only a few tables, so make a reservation. They cook everything from scratch, which takes time, so plan on spending 1-2 hours enjoying a slow meal. It’s a cozy, welcoming spot with delicious food and friendly service.

There was just one very nice woman running this big place, even though it looked like it would take ten or more people to staff it. Maybe that was because we came for an early dinner, or because it’s winter and the quiet season. The food was very good.

We had a lovely, cozy stay, and the food was a highlight. My beef tagliata was great and cooked just right.
