Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A Radisson Collection Hotel

The spa was excellent, and we had a lovely massage near the end of our trip. The pool was also a calm, quiet place to relax. What made our four days at Palazzo Montemartini Rome stand out was how warmly the staff looked after us. Marco, Daniele, and Lorenzo all made an impression, and Lorenzo gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. Lou at the Concierge desk shared useful advice and greeted us warmly each day. From the moment my wife and I arrived, people went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was ready less than 40 minutes late, and the delay was handled perfectly. We were invited to relax at the bar with complimentary drinks, then a bottle of champagne and a lovely handwritten apology note arrived once we were settled. Those thoughtful touches continued through the stay. The room and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to leave. It's one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time, and we'll be back.

Getting around was easy from this hotel, which is close to the train station and about a 15-20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of variety and high quality. The staff were so kind and attentive. I especially want to thank Manuel for his outstanding help when my airline lost my luggage. He went above and beyond and made a stressful situation more comfortable. I'm very grateful to him and to the whole team for their warm hospitality.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, cordial, professional, and very helpful. They made the stay delightful. We booked the Penthouse Suite for eight nights, and everything was impeccable. It spans two floors: downstairs are the dining and living areas and a separate bathroom, while the mezzanine opens onto a huge private balcony with great views. Upstairs there's a den with a sitting area, a spacious private master bedroom, a large closet, two sinks, a tub, toilet, shower stall, and sauna/hammam. The private elevators open right into the suite, and there's a separate side elevator for staff only.

Service was the standout. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful, which made my stay even better. I got lucky with this hotel in Roma. The location was excellent, with easy access by bus to the historical areas and airport connections via Termini Station. Local shops and restaurants were all around. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and I had everything I needed.
