B&b Il Castelletto Ristorante Pizzeria

Fantastic.

The pizza was tasty, though to me, coming from Naples, it felt more like focaccia. We went on a Saturday with my family and found the place renovated and well cared for. Great value, too. The entertainment was a real highlight, especially the two singers with their lovely voices. A fun evening, definitely recommended. Well done!

The village location is beautiful, but the rest of the evening was a letdown. We came on karaoke night, and the volume spoiled things for us, though we should have known what to expect when booking. Our mixed meatball order arrived as just one type, but those were still good. Then came a ninety-minute wait for the pizzas. The Margherita had no basil, and both its quality and cooking were really poor. Such a shame, they could do better with less. BETTER TO AVOID!!

The entertainment was the biggest disappointment on my second visit. A certain Franz seemed to entertain only his friends and ignored everyone else. I can let the service slide, but knowing that last night's guy will be running the room would make me choose somewhere else. I went back because I remembered enjoying the place, but this time was a bit disappointing. We got the appetizer, and the main course never came.
