Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

Our butlers, Dennis & Neisano, made our honeymoon at Princess Senses the Mangrove feel extra special. They arranged cabanas, brought drinks to us on the beach, sorted transport for excursions, made dinner reservations, and even had champagne delivered and our room decorated for the occasion. Platinum check-in and checkout were seamless. The food was the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive, and the bartenders were kind to everyone and made great drinks. The spa was relaxing, and miss colette was so sweet and attentive, making sure guests enjoyed the amenities. We had an amazing stay. We’ll be telling our family and friends all about the trip. The kids club, cleanliness, room, food, and service were all top tier. The staff seemed to love their jobs and were excellently trained. Novia, Peter, Morris from the bar area, you’re awesome. I stayed at two resorts on this trip, with Beaches Negril as the other one, and Princess Grand took the cake. It set a new bar for an all-inclusive experience. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We got a great deal on a swim-out pool room, and it really made our family trip. The kids club and game room were nice, and staying on the family/kids’ side worked perfectly for us. We also liked being able to eat at many restaurants without making reservations, since they were first come, first served. The food was very good, especially the authentic Jamaican options. My husband particularly loved the jerk hut. We visited last summer as a family of four, when the resort was still fairly new and not too busy. Everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The dinner line at the buffet could use some work, and service at the sports bar was sometimes shaky, with orders forgotten or not handled very well. The busy crowd at 10 pm made that somewhat understandable, though. The Oasis swim up bar bartenders were amazing and kept the energy going. I spent my birthday at Princess Grand Hotel and had no complaints otherwise. The resort was clean and well maintained, with modern decor, and the lobby smelled amazing. My room was spacious, clean, and had nice amenities. I loved the food and range of restaurants. I also enjoyed the VR room, and the young man working there was super nice, though I forgot his name. The customer service from everyone I interacted with was great. Alexa at the front desk was pleasant, and the entertainment team, especially Keke, Tyrese and the others, kept people entertained. A 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to go again.
