The place was tidy and comfortable, and the website photos matched what I found. The AC was very cold, and management was courteous. I arrived really early, and they were able to accommodate me. It's right in the heart of everything, with Devon House and downtown a quick walk or drive away. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in JA.

I came for business in October and planned to stay four days, but added four more. The apartment is clean, with fresh bedding and what seemed to be a brand new bathroom. Its location is central but outside the city center's hustle, with business destinations just a short trip away. The floor-to-ceiling glass at the front gives you mountain views and plenty of morning breeze, which made it hard to leave the super-sized, very comfortable bed. Ms. Lovelette came by the day after I arrived to ask how she could make my stay better, and she and Marlan made it a wonderful visit with some of my best sleep in a long time. The room had a mini fridge, sink, electric hot plate, TV with an active Netflix account, towels, ironing board and iron, pots, knives, forks, glasses, and A/C. I also learned that the property manager takes guest needs seriously, has other properties for larger families, and is willing to accommodate people as best he can.

There isn't a front desk, since this is an AirBnB rather than a hotel, so you have to arrange to be let in. I also wasn't happy to pay a $35 USD cleaning fee when I'm used to room cleaning being included in the booking price. It was advertised as having a mountain view. Here's the view:

They charge a $35 cleaning fee, yet the place wasn't clean. The bathroom in particular was dirty, and so was the entrance to the room.
