NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I'd reserved two separate rooms for three nights and called a few days before the trip to confirm. They said everything was fine. But after my long flight, I arrived to find both rooms had been given away. The receptionist told me they might let someone else take a room booked online if that person had cash on the spot, because they couldn't be sure the online guest would show up. That was crazy. I do not recommend this place.

We arrived in Kingston and couldn't find the place. When I called the receptionist, he said they'd rented my room to someone else and expected me to travel around the city looking for their other location. I wasn't going to do that. I'd booked two weeks before arriving in Jamaica and had confirmed my reservation earlier that week. I was shocked they'd given away a room I had reserved. This was my first trip to Jamaica, and it was my birthday on arrival day. Because of their lack of professionalism, I had to find somewhere else to stay, and the company ruined that day for me. No one even apologized for their behavior or for putting me in an unsafe situation. The people responsible for renting out my room after knowing I had booked it should be ashamed. They were lucky they hadn't charged my card, because we'd have had serious problems. If you're considering booking here, I'd go somewhere else so you don't end up in the position I was in. Your facility sucks.

The bedroom and pool were clean, but that's about the only good thing I can say. We booked three nights, and the breakfast in the photos was nothing like what we got. We even had to pay $1 for coffee. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The gas cooker in the kitchen was broken, but we'd already bought pasta for dinner. They wouldn't let us cook it in their reception area next door. When we asked what we were supposed to do with our food, throw it away, they said, “not my problem.” Not very nice.

It's a really nice space, built and kept immaculately. It looks and smells good, the security guard is polite, and the residents are cool.
