The contact person was awesome, and so was the guy who got the room ready for us. The rest was pretty basic. We booked at the last minute through booking dot com, which turned out to be a big no-no. There was no hot water in the shower; when we finally got it working, the pressure was poor and it went cold quickly. The neighbors were loud, so we had to use white noise to cover the music and talking. I can't give the place more than 2.

The Ops Manager Ms Thompson welcomed us when we arrived, and the owner did what he could to arrange an early check-in. One thing to know is that the property's contact number is US based. We felt at ease in the complex right away, even though I know overseas visitors can have safety concerns. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had the comforts and amenities you'd expect at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. I enjoy driving in Jamaica, especially in Kingston, and the location made it easy to reach the parish's main points of interest. Souvreign Centre was about a five-minute drive, with a supermarket, shops, gas station, bank, and restaurants. This was our first apartment stay, and we enjoyed it so much that we've decided to end our break in the same kind of place. I gave the property and team five stars, and we look forward to coming back.

P met me at the apartment right on time, and the property manager was professional and focused on customer service. The apartment was a 10 out of 10, with all the amenities working and easy access to shops, places to eat, and attractions. Devon House is just a three-minute walk away. The airport pickup made the start of the trip hassle-free. It was a fabulous stay overall, and I hope to come back for another weekend soon. Highly recommend.
