DON'T TRUST THEM. I prepaid more than $500 for four nights on my first trip to Jamaica and told the site I’d arrive late. They confirmed the booking but gave me no check-in instructions. When I got there at about 10:30 PM, the gate was locked, all the inside lights were off, and nobody answered the phone. I had to head back into town and find another hotel. I still haven’t had my money refunded.

Getting there is tough without your own car or a taxi, and it opens quite late. There’s nothing nearby to do or go to if you arrive early. Still, the place is good, the music is nice, and the mountain view is excellent. Everything else was very good.

Kingston looks beautiful from here, and the place has a good vibe.
