Suzanne was kind and easy to reach whenever I needed something, and her hospitality made a real difference. I felt relaxed and safe throughout my stay, with help available if anything came up. The gated community has security at the entrance, which gave me extra peace of mind. The place was spotless, comfortable and clearly cared for, with what I needed to feel at home. City Oasis of Waterloo had a welcoming, home-like atmosphere from the minute I arrived. I’d absolutely recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay in Jamaica, and I plan to return.

Suzanne was responsive and accommodating, and even helped us get my cousin’s forgotten bag to the airport in time for our flight. She happened to be on the property when we checked out, which was lucky for us. I spent a week at City Oasis and felt at home there. It was clean and had what I needed to be comfortable. The location was convenient for getting around, while still feeling quiet and safe. I’d stay again.

The accommodation was comfortable and felt high quality, and the surroundings were calm and well kept. Kingston 4 Waterloo Avenue is also in a handy location. I had a great stay.

Suzanne was courteous, and the location worked perfectly for us. We felt at home, relaxed and comfortable the whole time, and safe as well. I’d recommend staying here and would come back on my next trip home.

Suzanne was attentive and quick to respond, which made things easy for us. My family and I liked the apartment’s cozy feel, and the slower pace suited me. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of hot water. We were close to different shopping spots, including Devon House Ice cream.
