Sandals Inn All Inclusive Couples Only

The rooms are the main letdown: the carpet was dirty and dated, the bathrooms need updating, and my safe broke three different times. Spending some money on the rooms would go a long way. The property feels like a three-star hotel, but the people are five-star. The workers were amazing, especially bartenders Christopher and Lamar. You can also visit the other resorts. For the price, you get what you pay for, which is why I’m giving it four stars. I’d definitely go back.

I only visited for the day, so I didn’t feel right giving a full five stars. The day pass covered the hotel facilities except the rooms, and you have to leave the hotel to reach the beach across the road, since there’s no private beach. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely nice and attentive. The bar staff were friendly and made good cocktails to order. Bar food was pretty average, while breakfast and lunch were good. I’d definitely visit again.

The quiet atmosphere worked well for us, even though it’s a small place with not much to do. Service was very friendly, with everyone quick to say hello and introduce themselves. The drinks were fabulous, and I loved the espresso machine. Food was rather disappointing, though you can head to the other resorts for restaurants. Rooms are a mixed bag: renovated ones are fine and make the savings a decent tradeoff, even if there’s room to improve. The older, unrenovated rooms are not acceptable for Sandals and need an upgrade. Our first room was full of bugs, but they quickly moved us, and the manager came to apologize the next day. I can see why reviews are mixed. A little renovation could make this place amazing, as the service already is. Value 3/5, atmosphere 3/5, service 5/5, quality 3/5, 14/20.

This is my usual vacation spot. The staff are all so friendly and go above and beyond to help. The food is amazing, and the property is kept in good shape by the landscaping, cleaning, and housekeeping crews. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a small resort with a homey feel.
