Coral Seas Cliff

We arrived at 3pm and one of our rooms wasn't ready. The locks on the doors don't work, and there was no iron, hair dryer, kettle, WiFi, or anything else. The whole point of coming was to be by the beach, but there isn't one on the property. They didn't tell us that their so-called private beach is a 7-minute drive away. Very misleading. Don't waste your money.

A good spot for couples or families looking for a calm, quiet hotel. It was nearly empty while I was there, and reception only seemed to be open when someone was checking in or out. There's a nice dive centre at the hotel, with a good dive spot just outside the hotel's coral cliff beach, and the dive masters are very friendly.

We've been coming here for years. It's not fancy, but the views, service, and chance to completely relax are fantastic. Crystal was at reception when we arrived and deserves a special mention. She was professional, helpful, and very welcoming.

I booked a vacation here, but reaching the actual Hotel to confirm my dates has been impossible. My calls go straight to voicemail, and after leaving several messages with my name and number, I've had no call back. Whoever owns this place should take a serious look at how they're handling things. This is dismissive and pushes customers away. I'm now considering changing resorts, which will probably cost me because of this letdown.
