Llantrissant

Craig and Cherry are lovely, and the staff are excellent. We’ve come back several times and even had our wedding here. The property is beautiful and well located, with huge old trees, two private beaches, and kayaks. There’s a 24-hour security guard, and the staff can make homemade breakfast or any other meals you’d like. We love this place and can’t wait to return. It works for a family vacation or a beautiful wedding reception.

The porch is where you’ll want to spend your time, with hammocks, kayaks, paddle boards, books, croquet, card games, and tennis. My Mom said, “only boring people get bored!” The house and furniture are antique and classic, pretty basic, and there’s no air conditioning, but the sea breeze keeps it comfortable. The cooks are great, the staff are amazing, and the grounds stay secure and well maintained. Llantrissant feels magical and private, easily the best spot in Negril for me. It’s near downtown and within walking distance of a grocery store, with two private beaches in a protected cove looking out over all of the 7 mile beach.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and this rustic place has a kind of magic to it. Once you settle into the oasis, time just slips away. I wish I could have stayed forever. If you want to get away from reality for a while, this is the spot.

I can’t find the words for how beautiful this place is. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen, and no wonder it’s becoming a favorite for weddings. They’re open for weddings, and I’ll post pictures soon so you can see it for yourselves.
