I was in Jamaica for a wedding and stayed two nights. The beach is easy to reach on foot, and we walked to Margaritaville for some pre-wedding fun. I felt safe throughout my visit. At check-in, someone personally showed me to my room, and they gave me a small swag bag with a bug-repellent wristband, a thoughtful touch for the area. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the towels and washcloths were clean with no stains or hairs. I check bedding when I arrive, and the sheets were clean too. The mattress had a full protective cover, and the headboard was a hard surface instead of upholstered, which I appreciated for cleanliness and as ways to resist bedbugs. Breakfast was included both mornings, with a good buffet selection and made-to-order options such as omelets and pancakes. The bathroom was large and clean, with no drainage problems, but the sink and shower pressure were a little low and the water wasn't as hot as I prefer. The showerhead had some mineral buildup that could probably come off easily with vinegar. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd come back.

We drove over in our own car for the day, paid a small day pass fee, and parked on site. We had a lounge chair, umbrella, and table, plus drinks brought to us on the beach. Lunch was delicious and reasonably priced. The kids had chicken strips, and I got the fish wrap. Andrea was a wonderful, attentive server. The bathrooms, changing rooms, and showers were clean. I loved it and plan to return, highly recommend this spot.

Even when we stay somewhere else in Jamaica, we make a point of eating lunch here on every visit. The food is always fresh and on point, especially the jerk chicken. Chef Michelle is my rock star, and she's why it's consistently delicious. Restaurant prices have gone up 50% over the past few years, but Treehouse is still a much better value than most, and you can't beat the flavors. As of Feb ‘26, $17 gets you a quarter chix with fries and salad. Michelle's homemade jerk sauce is the boss, I tell you!

We came just after Melissa hit. The beach is stunning and you can find what you need here. They serve three meals a day, and the rooms are clean. They're still using a generator, so expect the power to go in and out and no hot water. I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon.
