I haven’t stayed at this property or visited in person. This is just based on my recent messages with Denise, who went above and beyond to help me arrange a birthday surprise for my partner. She replied quickly and made sure everything was handled so he could have a wonderful birthday at a concert held at the property. I’ll definitely book a stay at this resort. If she was that amazing, I can only imagine how good the service is. I’ll update this once I book.

Update: This was my second stay, in February 2026, and I loved it again. The room was very nice and clean, and all the staff were amazing and helpful. Shout out to Ms. Opia, Adrian, Andrina, Sandra, all the housekeepers and maintenance staff, and everyone else. You’re all amazing! I first stayed here in February of 25, on my second trip to Negril. The rooms and grounds were very nice and well kept, and the AC worked great. The housekeepers were great too. It’s close to some of the best breakfast spots on 7 mile beach. There are loud concerts a couple of nights a week, but they didn’t bother us. I’ll stay again. Thanks, Roots!

This family-owned resort is a little slice of heaven. The accommodations, customer service, food, and vibe were all perfect. I’ve traveled all over Jamaica, but this is by far my favorite place in the world. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a true Jamaican experience. Support local and you’ll feel like part of their family while having the time of your life.

The staff and members made this holiday one I’ll remember. It’s the best break I’ve had in years, since my mom passed in 2012. Thanks to the bartenders Marcus and Patricia. 💕💞 I can’t wait to come back.

The shows are great, and it’s a lively place to spend time. I could see the improvements happening while I was there. Judene at the front desk was always pleasant and friendly.
