The best part is the setting, which really brings St. Ann's garden parish name to life. The Garden is beautiful, with a picturesque waterfall. I wish the staff offered tours, though. The pools could use work, and a renovation could make room for more water activities and give the place a more inviting water theme.

The waterfall was lovely, flowing in small cascades over smooth rocks, about 10m high by my estimate. The tropical garden also has beautiful banyan trees. The payment was confusing, though. A guard and the keepers took $20 from a tourist couple without giving them a receipt, and they didn't want to give me one for our group of four either. There were no prices displayed upfront.

The gardens are lovely and interesting to walk around. At the bottom of the waterfall there's a beautiful spring-fed pool, a nice spot to cool off, so bring a swimsuit if you have time. A cruise ship tour may not leave you enough time to get there.
